   Opening    Session

After check-in at the Student Center and the hotel, your group has free time until 7:00 p.m. unless you have paper or poster presenters (see below). You are on your own for dinner on the first evening. The first session begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Student Center Auditorium (2nd floor).

   Paper    Presenters

Paper presenters may preview their slides, overhead transparencies, or presentation software (PowerPoint, PPT) and get acquainted with the Student Center Auditorium until 6 p.m. An audiovisual tech will be there on Sunday evening 4-6 p.m. to assist with loading PPT presentations onto our laptop (presenter must bring presentation on a CD or flash drive). The Director will also be available to answer any questions.

   Poster    Presenters

Posters must be set up in Ballroom A at the Student Center 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening. The room will be locked overnight.
