10:10-12:50 P.M.

Grading: Each exam will be worth 100 points. The lowest exam score (excluding Exam 4 which is mandatory) will be dropped and your grade will be based on the average of the two highest exam scores (Exams 1-3) plus Exam 4. A=100-90; B=89-80; C=79-70; D=69-60; F=59-0. No makeup exams will be given!

Course objectives. To develop an understanding of the scope, methodology and applications of recombinant DNA technology.
