Vas deferens, human. This "duct", which extends from testis to urethra, has a thicker muscular wall in proportion to overall diameter than any other duct. The layering of smooth muscle fiber orientations is not as tidy or as easy to distinguish as the circular and longitudinal layers of smooth muscle in the gut.
