Week 3 -- Look for connective tissue, especially lamina propria (immediately beneath the epithelium) and submucosa (deep to the lamina propria).
Week 2 -- Find simple columnar epithelium (lining the stomach lumen) and glandular tissue (in the gastric mucosa).
