Simple squamous epithelium lines the lung alveoli. You can't see it well; most of the thickness of the alveolar walls consists of capillaries.
Look for bronchi (cartilage and glands may be visible in wall), bronchioles (lined by cuboidal epithelium) and larger blood vessels.
