Kidney, unspecified source. (This is a uni-lobar kidney, typical of rat. It is simpler in shape than the multi-lobar human kidney, which has several medullary pyramids rather than the single pyramid in this specimen.
In addition to specifically renal structures, note the transitional epithelium in the pelvis and ureter.
Also look for connective tissue on this specimen, especially peri-renal adipose.
Note that fat droplets come in two sizes. The large size is found in white fat, or "unilocular fat" (in which there is one droplet per cell). The small size is found in brown fat, or "multilocular fat", in which there are several droplets per cell.
