Mucus is stained in this section, as well as normally basophilic structures.

Week 3 -- Look for connective tissue, especially lamina propria (immediately beneath the epithelium) and submucosa (deep to the lamina propria).

Week 2 -- Find Simple columnar epithelium (lining the lumen), glandular epithelium (in pancreas).
