Cerebrum: Unspecified source, Golgi stain.
The Golgi stain leaves black silver precipitate in a more-or-less-random sample of some particular cell types or structures. Exactly which cell types or structures can be somewhat unpredictable. On this slide, depending where you look, the stain demonstrates protoplasmic astrocytes, capillaries (and larger vessels), some neural cells/processes. Larger blobs or masses with a jagged structure are simply crystalization artefacts.
