Grades

Final grades are based on percentage of 600 total points:
    3 lecture exams x 100 points = 300 points
    3 lab practicals  x  100 points = 300 points

Approximate grade scale:

    90 -100% = A
    78 -  89% = B
    65 -  77% = C
    50 -  64% = D
    00 -  49% = F

Scores on lab practicals will be multiplied by a factor of 0.95 - 1.05 to reflect the quality of student dissections as assessed by the instructor.  There will be NO make-up exams without prior arrangements or documentation of a university-approved absence.  Make-up exams will not be identical in content or form to original exams.
